Minimum of 3 years of experience in victim advocacy, social services, or related field required.

Facilitate one-on-one case management sessions on topics related to domestic violence, healthy relationships, trauma recovery, and self-empowerment.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records, case notes, and documentation in compliance with agency policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including fellow advocates, program staff and community partners, to ensure coordinated care and support for survivors.

Twenty (20) hours of continuing education is required annually and will be paid for by the employer and offered by the employer or other appropriate organizations.

Policy on Hiring Clients:

The Advocates strictly prohibits the hiring of individuals who have received services, including case management and financial assistance, within the last two years. This policy aims to maintain ethical standards and prevent potential dual relationships. We believe it is essential for individuals to focus on personal healing before considering employment with our organization.
