THRIVE Kids Early Learning Center in Hailey offers a program based on developmentally appropriate practices. We work in partnership with families to nurture the healthy development of young children and their growing minds. Our mission is to nurture children’s growth through connection and belonging, while modeling healthy relationships and providing a safe foundation for every child to thrive and learn.
Learning Model
Our early learning program combines The Creative Curriculum® with a nature-based approach to nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Children learn through hands-on exploration, imaginative play, and meaningful connections with the natural world. Grounded in values of respect, belonging, and wonder, we create a safe and engaging environment where every child can grow, discover, and thrive—inside and outdoors.
As a bilingual program in English and Spanish, we celebrate language, culture, and diversity, helping children build strong communication skills and cultural pride from an early age.
Open Monday-Friday
7:30am-5:30pm and located in Hailey Idaho.

The Advocates’ THRIVE Kids Early Learning Center provides children from birth to five, access to a safe, nurturing and high- quality learning environment. The siding-scale model ensures affordability for all, while our developmentally rich programs prepare children to be confident, capable, and kindergarten-ready.
