About the Event

Join us for an empowering Krav Maga self-defense workshop designed to help participants build confidence, awareness, and practical safety skills. Led by a certified instructor, this hands-on session will introduce simple, effective techniques used to prevent and respond to unsafe situations. Participants will learn about situational awareness, boundary setting, and basic self-defense moves in a supportive and welcoming environment. No prior experience or special fitness level is required—just come ready to learn, move, and leave feeling stronger and more confident. Please contact Darrel@theadvocatesorg.org with any questions.
