The children’s playroom at the shelter recently received a renovation thanks to our morning manager, Emily Watts. The room was designed with little ones' educational needs at heart and focuses on exploring and learning at every age.

The bright colors are inviting and warm, while the wire racks provide much needed organization to a room that provides entertainment to numerous children on a daily basis. Most importantly, the playroom provides a safe place for kids to be kids and for parents to feel their children can heal and grow along with them while they stay in shelter.

Thank you Emily for all your hard work! We are forever grateful.
