The Advocates’ Carbonate Hill Climb & BBQ Increases Awareness of Sexual Assault Prevention :: Hailey The Advocates’ 5th Annual Carbonate Hill Climb is a fun, family-friendly event that includes a race up the popular hiking venue, Carbonate Mountain and a barbecue at Albertsons in Hailey. Festivities begin at 10: 00 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2013. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and the Hill Climb wraps up a month-long campaign that focuses on building awareness of sexual assault prevention in our communities.

Local One Billion Rising Video Campaign As a part of the One Billion Rising movement, The Advocates invites the public to submit videos up to 2.5 minutes in length describing why they Speak Out on these issues. We will use these videos for public education and engagement over the next month and a half, and representative pieces will be selected for a compilation to be shown at V-Day The Advocates 2013.
